Meat and vegetarian options are available for each meal, and a menu questionnaire will be sent in advance. We regret we are unable to accommodate highly-specific food preferences and dietary requirements, or handle medical reactions or food allergies.
Whether we grill fresh fish and vegetables at sunset, or enjoy a meal catered by local chefs specializing in New Mexican cuisine, the menu will always be fresh, flavorful, and filling, with vegetarian options. We will gather for four shared group dinners, with Sunday evening free to eat as you wish (El Bruno’s Restaurant is a favorite).
Lunches are provided daily, and include hearty salads, wholegrain breads, meats, assorted spreads, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Beverages include juice, sparkling water, soda, coffee and tea.
Breakfast is taken on your own before our first morning tutorial, with abundant choices on site for making your own meal in one of the two kitchens. There will always be fruit, light snacks, juice, coffee, and tea at the workshop site kitchen, which is open for your use all day.
* The workshop price includes daily lunches, and four shared dinners. You are responsible for the cost of one dinner (this is the Sunday evening where meeting as a group for dinner is optional). There is a good local grocery store nearby for additional items.
